What changes would you like to see in this sport?

I would like to see that the prize money is divided equally between the men and ladies winner.  We all love the sport and we all work equally hard.  The men should not get more money just because they are men.  So far, nobody could motivate why the second and sometimes third place contestant in a men’s competition wins more money than the female overall winner??????!!!!!!
